ABS ULTIMATE GUIDE HOW TO LOSE BELLY FAT

1.INTRODUCTION

Having a belly is one of the most annoying things in the body weather you are a boy or a girl, feeling guilt, cannot wear your favorite cloth, bad shape, risk to have diabetes, it also affects daily life plus it causes strain on your back and legs.

You should know that when body form fat, it is formed everywhere in the body but more on the belly as it is the most area which is does not exercise which is the belly here we will tell you how effectively you can get rid of the belly forever

2.WALKING

Believe it or not walking is one of the most effective ways to lose belly fat, no wonder why all the bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts do lots of daily walking before competition some do two hours per day split, if you do a daily walking starting with 30 minutes you will see a great difference however the faster the walking the better calories burning

Try to in increase the duration till you reaches 1-hour continuous walking on a fixed speed of 5 to 6 km per hour

Best time of the day: early morning on an empty stomach *

TIP: wearing a smart watch or having your smart fitness app on your phone will be a good way to calculate distance and calories

3.CRUNCHES

Crunches exercise is the most effective way to get rid of the belly because it works by strengthen the belly muscles and obliques and it will act as a hard fence against belly, the frequent you do crunches the more you will have muscles to combat the belly

Bicycle Crunches: touch the right elbow with left knee and vice versa

Regular Crunches: touch your both knees with your hands

Decline Crunches: touch your both knees with your hands on a decline bench

Knee Crunches: touch your both knees with your hands while they are raised above the floor

Reverse Crunches: Raise your legs with your hip while head and neck on the floor

Knee Tuck: Raise your legs and collapse your knees while legs raised (better on a bench)

Plank: Keep your whole body straight and elbows on the floor minimum 30 seconds and increase the duration

Twist: will target your obliques and abs by twisting with a weight or not depends on the body strength

Scissors: Body on the floor and raise the legs and move then in a scissor shape

4. AVOID SUGAR AND HIGH GI FOODS

Sugar and high GI (Glycemic Index) food converts to glycogen in the blood or blood sugar very fast which cause increase in belly fat due to the high amount of sugar in the blood and spike of insulin so avoid sugar, alcohol and white bread for example is important to keep your belly from growing

You can reduce your sugar intake to once per week

5. AVOID FRIED FOOD

Fried food is the worst thing you can feed your body with specially deep fried it carries lots of saturated and trans fats which is very bad for you, so cutting those foods or reducing it by once in a while will keep your belly shredded

You wont have a six pack while doing the same things over and over, by cutting fried food , sugar , and doing daily walking and crunches you should find a huge transformation , remember staying healthy start from the stomach and abs
