WHAT DO YOU LOOK FOR IN GYM SHOES

When choosing gym shoes for your bodybuilding workout is not easy, there is some aspects to be put into consideration is not style and color let us find out

when runners chose their shoes they always have some extra space for their toes but that’s not the case for workout shoes

The shoe has to be dedicated to workout not multi-task as running and going out, workout shoe is flexible, running is not

Fit

The shoe has to be comfortable, if you have wide feet then Reebok will be more comfortable if not then Nike is narrower and Adidas is average also it depends on the model

Arch Type (Running or treadmill)

There are four types of Arch type shoes (Neutral, Cushioned, stability and motion controlled) and it all depends on your arch so based on that you will chose the correct shoe
