Shaun Clarida had the challenge to grow at just 5’2 his size was small but he was consistent in his training routine and slowly he developed his size over the years

in 2012 he won the overall National Bodybuilding Championships which he earned his pro card and yet his weight was just 120 lbs definitely he never looked 120 lbs and over the years he was able to grow more,In his very first Mr.Olympia 2016 he made just 16th place but that did not stop him from improving

Shaun has made consistent improvements every year and in 2017 he made 3rd place in Kuwait Pro and then 9th in the Olympia which is a big jump from his previous rankings and in the Dallas Europa Pro he made 1st place 212 … WOW that is an outstanding transformation in his career path

After a lot of hard work and dedication, he was able to climb the ladder and in the 2020 Olympia he was able to win the show and also beat Kamal Gargni who is the former 212, Mr. Olympia, Shaun was having the best physique of his life his muscles look like it’s going to explode
